Local Perth Driver Jason Kendrick got off to a great start in his 2017 Australian 360ci Sprintcar Title quest by taking out Preliminary Night 1 honours at the Perth Motorplex last night (Fri 18th March).

After starting on the front row and not launching the WA92 all that well when the green dropped, Kendrick was able to ease himself into the lead position and dominate the 20 lap final.

Kendrick crossed the line a massive 7.079 seconds ahead of nearest rival Cameron Gessner.

Taking out the final podium spot was Jamie Veal in the Monte Motorsport #17 – Veal started off pole.
