A packed auditorium was on hand at Lily’s Function Centre in Sydney’s Seven Hills to enjoy the recent presentation night of the Sprintcar Association of NSW. The evening was a celebration of the performances of local drivers during the tough track championship at Tyrepower Sydney Speedway for season 2011/12.

Ian Loudoun graciously accepted awards for winning the track championship and Scott Darley Hard Charger Award, which included a Quick Time chassis donated by Allan Woods. Ian also received the prestigious George Tatnell Medal for his professionalism and hard work in representing the sport of Speedway over the past season.

Max Dumesny was made a Life Member of the Association and former crash crew member John Harriss received the President’s Award from Bob Tunks for his service to sprintcars and sprintcar drivers over the years.
